Scott Brookshire (He, Him, His) Senior Product Designer at Frame.io 

Moderator

Scott is a Senior Product Designer working on the Apps and Integrations team at Frame.io. Over his career, Scott has worked on solutions for video collaboration, event discovery, fashion curation, and design systems. A past San Franciscan and a current Greenpointer, you can find Scott going to shows and playing music on his free time. 

Paige Ponzeka (She, Her, Hers) Senior Web Developer at Yext

Panelist

Paige Ponzeka is a Senior Web Developer at Yext and an active member of NYC based LGBTQ+ organizations where she uses her technical skills and marketing expertise to foster communities and create connections. At Yext, she was a founding member of it's diversity initiatives including leading EXPRESS, Yext's internal group for LGBTQ+ employees. 

Ryan Hashemi (He, Him, His) Senior Product Manager at Oscar

Panelist

As a Senior Product Manager at Oscar, Ryan applied his background in technology and data to help humanize and simplify the health care experience. Prior to Oscar Health, he led Percolate's social and content marketing products and helped build the product management organization.

Rie McGwier (They, Them, Theirs) Senior User Experience Researcher at Stash

Panelist

Rie McGwier is a Brooklyn-based Senior User Experience Researcher, queer tech industry worker, and colored pen aficionado who loves to get things done. Rie also runs If You Want It, a 501(c)(3) that supports the fight for gender self-determination and body sovereignty through community building, retail sales, events and charitable giveaways. 

Charles Garret (He, Him, His) Engineering Manager at Percolate

Panelist

Charles is an engineer, a manager, and an advocate of wellness, functional bodybuilding, remote work, cultural diversity & experiences over things. Over the past 12 years he's grown to specialize in helping tech companies build enterprise web apps.  Currently at Percolate Inc, the leading content marketing platform, he leads a team of 5 people with folks spread across multiple timezones and continents.
